As some of you may know, mid-January and the first part of February was a very difficult time for my family. My grandson, Carter was born on Jan. 15 with many difficulties. He spent the first month of his life in the NICU at Standford Medical Center, with his parents by his side the whole time.
Finally, on February 14, they all went home and have been readjusting to life with a newborn baby.
I wrote this song for Carter about 2 weeks before they all went home
